Terms and Conditions of Sale – Eldor Art

Eldor Art attaches great importance to the authenticity and traceability of each artwork. All types of works benefit from an appropriate certification system:

For original handmade artworks (drawing, painting, mixed media, etc.):

  • The physical certificate is unique (single copy).
  • 20 copies for small formats (e.g., A4)
  • 12 copies for medium formats (e.g., A3)
  • 8 copies for large formats (e.g., A2)
  • 2 artist proofs reserved for the artist
  • All fine art prints are hand-signed and numbered, and the physical certificate corresponding to the artwork is also hand-signed and numbered
  • Each fine art print is crafted on matte Hahnemühle paper of about 300 g weight.

All prints are accompanied by a Numbered Certificate of Authenticity


All creations, including original handmade artworks, are fully imagined, designed, and created exclusively by Eldor Art. Digital tools are used only as technical aids. No automated process or artificial intelligence is used in the creation.

The client may request Eldor Art to create a custom artwork according to their preferences and requirements.

Custom artworks are made to order.
A 50% deposit is required before work begins.
A photo of the finished artwork will be provided for approval before shipment.
The deposit is non-refundable if the approved artwork is later declined.
Shipment occurs only after full payment of the remaining balance.

Prices are shown excluding any applicable customs duties.
Shipping fees are partially included in the price; Eldor Art covers a portion of the shipping cost.
Any customs duties or import taxes are the client’s responsibility.
Full payment is required at the time of order, except for custom works where deposit applies.

Shipping and processing timeframes are available on the “Shipping and Delivery” page in the website footer.
These timeframes are estimates and do not constitute a binding commitment.
A valid phone number is required for delivery.
Each order includes tracking so the client can monitor the shipment.

Prints are produced by a professional provider specialized in fine art printing, selected for the quality of its materials and inks.
Eldor Art offers only limited edition fine art prints.

As works are made to order or produced in limited editions, returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted only in cases of proven damage or production error.
Once production has begun or the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
In case of unjustified chargebacks, Eldor Art will provide all necessary evidence (photos, certificates, tracking, approval documents).

Eldor Art retains full copyright and moral rights.
The purchaser acquires only physical ownership (or a personal license for digital artworks).
Any reproduction, derivative work, or commercial use requires prior written authorization.

Clients may request the deletion of their personal data.
Some data must be retained securely for legally required periods for tax and auditing purposes.

Eldor Art cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or disruptions beyond its control, nor for indirect damages.
