Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms govern the sale of artworks offered by Eldor Art. All creations displayed on this website have been fully imagined, designed, and created by Eldor Art—either with traditional tools (such as paint, pencils, etc.) or through digital means using software as technical tools. These digital tools are solely used to support the creation process, which remains entirely original and conceived by Eldor Art, without the use of any artificial intelligence or automated assistance.
Eldor Art is, above all, an artist who creates based on personal inspiration and artistic intention.
Custom Orders
Each artwork is made to order, based on the specifications agreed upon with the client.
Prices
Prices are displayed excluding shipping fees and any applicable customs duties. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping times may vary and generally range between 3 and 7 business days following receipt of full payment. These timeframes are provided as an estimate and do not constitute a legal commitment.
Delivery
Providing a valid phone number is mandatory for delivery. Each shipment will include tracking information, allowing the client to monitor their order.
Metal Print Restrictions
Metal prints are exclusively available for delivery within the United States of America and are not exportable outside of this territory.
If a client attempts to bypass geolocation systems (e.g., by masking their IP address) to place an order for a metal print from an unauthorized country, Eldor Art shall bear no responsibility for refunds or failed deliveries. In such cases, the order may be delivered but is entirely at the buyer’s risk.
Original Signed Artwork & Custom Digital Creations
Eldor Art also offers hand-signed original artworks and unique digital creations, made on request after a quote has been established. Delivery times depend on the client’s location and will be communicated upon consultation.
For these commissioned works:
- A deposit of one-quarter (25%) of the quoted total is required before the artwork’s execution begins.
- The finished piece will be presented via photo for final client approval before shipment.
- If the client decides not to purchase the artwork after approval, the deposit will not be refunded.
- The artwork will be shipped only after full payment of the remaining balance.
Returns, Refunds & Chargebacks
As the artworks are made to order and often personalized, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted—except in cases of proven damage or production error.
By placing an order with Eldor Art, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms and conditions outlined on this website.
Once production has begun or the item has been shipped, no refund or chargeback will be accepted. In case of dispute, Eldor Art will provide all relevant documentation (emails, proofs of production, delivery tracking, approval photos) to contest the claim.
False chargebacks constitute fraud. Eldor Art reserves the right to pursue legal action, report fraudulent activity, and ban clients from future purchases.
By confirming an order, the client accepts that the product is custom or made-to-order, and therefore not eligible for cancellation or refund except in the event of proven error or damage.
Governing Law
These terms are subject to French law.
Production and Fulfillment
All printed artworks are produced and shipped via a professional third-party print-on-demand provider. Eldor Art guarantees the quality of the products as described on the site.
Intellectual Property
Eldor Art retains full copyright and intellectual property rights over all creations. Clients obtain physical ownership of the purchased artwork only. No reproduction, distribution, or duplication is permitted without a prior written license obtained from Eldor Art.
Personal Data Protection
Clients may request the deletion of all their personal data, including address details, by sending a simple email to Eldor Art. The request will be honored promptly.
However, some data will be retained in a physical accounting ledger, stored securely on Eldor Art’s premises, as required by law for tax and audit purposes.
Liability
Eldor Art cannot be held liable for indirect damages, nor for delivery delays beyond their control.
