The Fountain of Youth is a mural I painted directly onto a plaster wall, measuring 3 meters by 2.1 meters. This piece was commissioned by a client who envisioned an idyllic environment for a classroom—a space where imagination, serenity, and inspiration could coexist. Over the course of 100 hours, I brought this vision to life, guided by two preparatory sketches that helped refine the architectural and symbolic elements of the composition.

This mural is a subtle blend of oil and acrylic paint, allowing me to play with both depth and luminosity. The oil lends richness and texture to the architectural forms, while the acrylic brings vibrancy and clarity to the botanical and aquatic details. The result is a harmonious interplay of materials that enhances the dreamlike atmosphere of the scene.
The composition features a fantastical cityscape that merges classical architecture with whimsical design. Ornate buildings with columns and pediments evoke ancient civilizations, while stylized trees and flowering plants soften the geometry with organic rhythm. At the heart of the mural lies a courtyard paved with geometric red and yellow patterns, leading to a sculpted fountain and a tranquil pool—symbols of renewal and reflection.
In the background, a body of water stretches toward distant mountains, suggesting both escape and elevation. The sky, painted in bright blues and soft clouds, opens the space and invites contemplation. Every detail was carefully considered to create a setting that feels timeless yet alive, structured yet poetic.
This work is more than decorative—it’s narrative. It tells the story of a place where knowledge flows like water, where architecture shelters creativity, and where nature reclaims its place in the built world. The Fountain of Youth is not just a title; it’s a metaphor for the rejuvenating power of art in educational spaces.
I’m proud of this mural not only for its technical execution but for its emotional resonance. It reflects my commitment to creating environments that speak to both intellect and emotion. As Eldor Art, I strive to fuse precision with meaning, and this piece stands as a testament to that philosophy.
