1. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are not charged to the client.
Eldor covers part of the shipping expenses, and the remaining portion is included in the price of original artworks and Fine Art prints.
The client may be responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes in their country.
2. Original Physical Artworks
Processing Time:
4 business days.
This timeframe covers the preparation of the artwork, condition checks, and creation of the certificate of authenticity.

France: 2–4 business days
Europe: 4–7 business days
United States: 7–12 business days
International: 7–12 business days
Packaging & Shipping
Artworks are carefully packaged to ensure protection during transport.
All shipments are sent with tracking number, which is provided to the client upon dispatch.
3. Fine Art Prints (limited, numbered, signed)
Processing Time:
14 business days.
This includes production on demand, preparation of the dedicated certificate of authenticity, manual numbering and signature, and quality control before shipment to the client.
